Free Estimate with Any Repair Visit
Book any garage door repair in Alpharetta and we’ll provide a written, line-by-line estimate before any work begins. The price you see is the price you pay, no exceptions, no surprise invoices. This offer applies to spring repair, opener repair, cable work, and full door service in every Alpharetta neighborhood including Windward, Crabapple, and downtown Alpharetta.
Valid through March 31, 2027. Mention this offer when you call (229) 471-5755.
Garage Door Tune-Up: $89
A 21-point seasonal tune-up for Alpharetta homeowners who want to catch problems before the summer heat or winter cold stresses the hardware. We lubricate the rollers and hinges with pet-safe products, check spring tension, test the safety sensors, and tighten every bolt on the track. After the tune-up we hand you a written condition report so you know exactly what’s in good shape and what may need attention in the next year.
Valid through March 31, 2027. Mention this offer when you call (229) 471-5755.
First-Time Customer Courtesy: $25 Off Any Repair Over $100
If you’ve never called Fernbrook Garage Doors Alpharetta before, take $25 off any repair over $100. This covers spring replacement, opener motor repair, track realignment, cable replacement, and more. One courtesy per household, and yes, we’ll ask if it’s your first call when you book.
Valid through March 31, 2027. Mention this offer when you call (229) 471-5755.
Senior & Military Courtesy: 10% Off Parts
As a standing offer, we take 10% off parts for Alpharetta seniors over 65 and active or retired military. Bring an ID or just let the technician know when you call. This applies to replacement springs, rollers, hinges, openers, and weatherstripping on any repair or installation visit. Labor is quoted separately, in writing, before we start.
Valid through March 31, 2027. Mention this offer when you call (229) 471-5755.
Spring Replacement: Written Price Match on the Spot
If your garage door spring has failed, don’t guess what it might cost. We’ll quote the exact spring pair, labor, and any balance adjustment in writing before we take the old springs off. Torsion springs in Alpharetta homes commonly fail due to our humidity swings and temperature shifts, especially on doors that cycle four or five times a day. One written price, no negotiation, no pressure.
Valid through March 31, 2027. Mention this offer when you call (229) 471-5755.
Opener Repair Diagnostic: Free with Any Repair
When your opener is grinding, reversing, or just stopped responding, we’ll diagnose the exact fault for free when you approve the repair. That diagnostic covers the motor, the drive gear, the logic board, the safety sensors, and the remote pairing. You pay for the repair, not the detective work. Applies to LiftMaster, Chamberlain, Genie, Craftsman, and Raynor openers in Alpharetta.
Valid through March 31, 2027. Mention this offer when you call (229) 471-5755.

AfterWhat These Specials Never Change
Every offer above still includes the Cedarwell Care Promise, which means shoe covers on hardwood, drop cloths on tile, quiet tools when the kids are asleep, and a photo of the clean-up before we leave. Written price before work. Background-checked, uniformed technicians. A live person answering the phone 24 hours a day, seven days a week. Jesse Calder, Owner of Fernbrook Garage Doors Alpharetta, holds every visit to that standard.
Why These Offers Exist
We prefer a homeowner who calls for a tune-up over one who ignores a noisy roller for six months. Both calls end at the same address, but one is a $89 visit and the other is a motor replacement. The math is simple, and so is the logic: Alpharetta garage doors work hard, and Georgia humidity is unkind to every metal part that moves. A seasonal tune-up or a first-time courtesy is our way of saying the quiet part out loud.
Garage Door Specials FAQ: Alpharetta Homeowners Ask
No, one offer per visit. Take the one that saves you the most. We’ll tell you which one that is before we write the quote.
Call (229) 471-5755 and ask us directly.
Yes, if it’s before the expiration date. The first-time courtesy, senior and military discount, and spring match offer all apply to emergency work in Alpharetta, including nights and weekends.
Call (229) 471-5755 anytime.
We can quote the offer itself, but the full written price comes after the technician inspects the door in person. That’s the only way to be fair to you and honest with ourselves. No surprise invoices, quoted and agreed before any work starts.
Call (229) 471-5755 for details.
The service call fee is waived when you approve the repair on the spot. If your opener diagnostic shows something minor we can fix in five minutes, we won’t invent a big repair to justify the trip. We’d rather earn the next call.
